This Privacy Policy (the Privacy Policy) applies to information that the Joke Hub (any application from Joke Hub by Vistar.Space) may receive about or from the User while using the applications, websites, programs and other products of the Joke Hub applications. Use of any Joke Hub services implies acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

1. Processed data:
   1. We do not store or disclose to third parties the personal data of our users;
   2. Information that the user provides about himself using contact forms, including the name and email address, is necessary for feedback;
   3. We can publish only author signature that provides by user in Joke Offer form;
   4. The Joke Hub does not verify the accuracy of the data provided and the User has the necessary consent to process them in accordance with this Policy, believing that the User acts in good faith, prudently and makes all the necessary efforts to maintain such information up to date and to obtain all necessary consent for its use.
2. Data processing objectives:
   The Joke Hub uses the data for the following purposes:
   1. Feedback with the user at the request of the user;
   2. Handling complaints about content in the application;
   3. Publish new joke that was offered by user (after strict moderation).
3. Data protection requirements:
   1. All new offers (Jokes) strictly moderated before publishing (Rules is available in application);
   2. "Offer of the joke" can be declined or changed by moderation team;
   3. The data received (author signature) can be published with "Offer of the Joke" content;
   4. All complaints from user is not publishing. Only complaints count;
   5. Joke marks (votes) is anonymously publishing as counters;
   6. No other data is collecting.
